Our Team
April Bock - Founder
April Bock is the founder of Combat Boot Divas. She also serves as an advisor for Medals of Honor. She is married to Aaron, who is a solider in the Army National Guard. Together with their three children, DJ, Suzie and Georgia, they live in Middle Tennessee.
April’s journey in combat boots began in a quiet, painful manner. She began running to get away from her husband and his post-war issues. One day, on a whim, she ordered boots. If she was going to run through the pain, she decided it must be for a good cause. The pain turned to pity which turned to pride which turned to determination. She is now using this determination to help other women who are struggling with the roller coaster of PTSD. Prior to the inception of Combat Boot Divas, she was a leader for Wives of Faith Rutherford County local group.
April recently graduated from MTSU with a degree in Psychology and minors in Human Performance and Nutrition. She recently finished a course in becoming a Health and Wellness Coach. She is currently in the process of finishing the certification of Health and Wellness Coach, as well as obtaining her Personal Training certification.

When her husband returned from Afghanistan, he was diagnosed with PTSD. His unit lost 14 men and women. Together, they had a vision of opening a Bed and Breakfast retreat for battle weary veterans and their spouses. Through their pain, they founded Battle Flag Ranch.
